Chapter Sixty-four: MLM Secrets That ANY Business Can
Use...
A couple weeks ago I spoke at a
Glazer Kennedy Inner Circle
Meeting, and sold some of my Turning Word s Into Wealth
packages to those who attended. One lady is just getting going in network
marketing and was looking for some ideas on lead generation.
Here is what I wrote to her (hint: it applies to your business
as much as hers
the key is to use your creativity to find the ideal fit to make
this work for you).
My comments
In your business, you have to dig deep to find some unique ways
to get leads. There are thousands of people "selling the dream" of network
marketing and you will be just another one, at least until you find a unique
angle to approach.
One person I wrote some stuff for was struggling with leads.
She was running a 3 or 4 line classified with the typical "Make $1,000 a day"
stuff completely useless. Everyone is doing that... and you have to stand
OUT.
I wrote her this (she did have a unique angle to use we have
to find that for you):
"Wife Of Local Radio Celebrity Reveals The Secret
Success Formula to Retiring Young and Retiring Wealthy!"

Before they're gone.
Then she sent them the special report (The Success Secret)
which details the industry how it works how people make money and shares
success stories of those who are doing very well. Of course, it ends off with a
hard sell to get going with a phone call to at least start discussions to see if
this is right for them.
This simple little classified pulled in extreme numbers of
leads more than she could handle. All with a simple change in the positioning
(and in this case, using the celebrity angle as well).
Let me know your thoughts on this and the big heavy box you

NOTE: What tips, techniques, or advice can you SHARE with your
prospects? If they are interested in buying from you they are interested in
buying from your competitors. So what are you going to do, or offer, to make
their decision easier to buy from you? Advice and information is ALWAYS much
appreciated.
Give them something worthwhile something you could charge
for. Make it very obvious in their eyes that you are, by far, the preeminent
leader in your field. Then the choice is much easier it can, in a way,
completely eliminate the competition from their radar (if they are giving away
the things like you do there is no real comparison right?)
Think about it
there must be SOMETHING your prospects want to
know~!
If you cant figure it out ASK YOUR EXISTING CLIENTS.
What did they want?
What do they want now?
What would have made their buying decision easier?
Asking them can open some doors to things you have no clue on
now. Try it.
